In appreciation of your service, PHD Tackle proudly offers an exclusive 11% discount to active duty members and veterans of all branches of the United States Armed Forces. This lifetime discount applies to qualifying purchases made on phdtackle.com. Some restrictions apply on certain products due to manufacturer policies.

Eligibility and Application Process

To qualify, simply email a copy of one of the following documents to service@phdtackle.com:

• DD214: Please ensure that your sensitive information such as service number, date of birth, and Social Security number are redacted.
• Military ID: Both the front and back copies are required, with your sensitive information redacted.
• Include your current address and phone number
• Sign up for an account

We must stress that you redact ALL sensitive information including anything you do not want us to know. You are emailing this through an unsecured system and assume all risk associated with it.

Once verified, you will receive a personalized discount code valid for lifetime use on PHD Tackle. This discount code is for the approved user only and may not be transferred or shared.

Discount Information 

To apply the discount at checkout, please enter your personalized discount code in the coupon field. Be advised of the following:

• The Veterans Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
• Payment details and shipping address must match your account information to complete the purchase.
• Not all products or brands are eligible for this discount due to manufacturer restrictions.
• All other PHD Tackle policies apply to purchases made with the Veterans Discount.
• PHD Tackle reserves the right to modify or terminate individual discounts or this program without notice.
• Failure to follow this policy will result in a mandatory counseling session with command. (Kidding.)

Impersonation and Fraudulent Claims

PHD Tackle takes impersonation of military service members and veterans very seriously. Misrepresenting oneself as a veteran or active duty member of the United States Armed Forces to obtain this discount constitutes fraud and may violate both federal and state laws.

Under the Stolen Valor Act of 2013, falsely claiming military service or honors to receive benefits, including discounts, is a federal offense. Additionally, general fraud laws at both the federal and state levels apply to any individual who deliberately misrepresents their status for personal gain. Violations of this policy and any instances of impersonation will lead to a revocation of discount privileges, and PHD Tackle reserves the right to pursue criminal charges in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

In cases of confirmed fraud, PHD Tackle reserves the right to seek repayment of the discounted amount(s), along with any costs we incur, including administrative fees and legal expenses.
